We loved everything about this hotel, meeting the manager at reception with him recommending good places to eat and drink, which was much appreciated in this area : ) We had a lovely room with a balcony with a sea view. We loved the bathroom with bath and shower. We didn't have breakfast as we left early.
I enjoyed my stay (even if I had to shorten it) and will be going back in a couple of weeks. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, warm, clean with had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was great (far too much for me). Location is excellent. Price was reasonable - I have booked direct with the hotel for my next stay rather than through one of the online booking companies.
My partner and I are just back after a 2 night stay, fantastic hotel! Andrew was really friendly and we were made to feel really welcome. Perfect location, very short walk to seafront but enough that it was peaceful. Fantastic view from our room too! Clean and modern room with homely/historic feel throughout rest of hotel. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
We came up from Hampshire on a Friday afternoon after work! After a longer drive than expected, the owner kindly greeted us at the car park to help us fit our car in. Our room was lovely, top floor with sea view. Room is spacious and very clean. We found the bed to be very comfortable (we like a firm mattress). TV channels were adequate, but we really didn’t spend much time in our room to worry what was in TV, with such lovely walks, beach, pier and restaurants near by we had such an amazing time exploring our first trip to WSM. Breakfast is amazing, defiantly recommend full English, it kept us going for most of the day, good job as we did so much walking. All staff are so polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them to do for you, and they all made us feel so very welcome. Everything is 5 stars from us, apart from the hill you do need to walk up from Promenade to get back to hotel. It’s quite steep, other than that a fantastic experience staying here for the first time. Would defiantly recommend

It is a great hotel with great views and a great location. The owners were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great location, just a minute from the sea front. There is a bar with a good choice of drinks. Breakfast can be served in the dining area, or you can get it delivered to your room and sit on the balcony looking out at the sea. Very nice decor, and we had a huge bed. The bath and shower are big and everything is very clean. Lots of parking nearby. We had a great couple of days away, and we would definitely visit again. The hotel is very close to some lovely restaurants.
The hotel's location was ideal, with a short walk to the seafront. The room had a fantastic sea view. The room included a bath which was perfect after trekking all day. The staff were outstanding especially in giving local advice.
